Campaign Marketer, Lead Specialist

About the role

Deloitte's Marketing, Brand & Communications team in San Jose, Costa Rica is looking for a Campaign Marketer / Lead Specialist. The role contributes to the growth of the organization through integrated marketing and communications activities across traditional and innovative channels, using agile principles to turn big ideas into campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Drive integrated strategic marketing and communications activities across traditional and innovative channels
• Create and execute marketing campaigns with agile collaboration
• Develop channel activation plans, including client targeting strategy and customer journey mapping to broaden awareness, deepen engagement and drive leads and pipeline
• Recommend content strategy, development and deployment, including derivative content
• Review and develop content and creative assets (POV/thought leadership, social media, video, podcasts, client stories) against quality standards
• Monitor campaign performance and recommend adjustments
• Develop post-campaign analysis (ROI) and lessons learned

Required profile

• 5+ years of relevant experience in marketing or communications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related discipline
• Prior experience on a virtual team in a highly matrixed organization, preferably a global corporation or professional services firm
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, and strong English and Spanish oral and written skills
• Legal authorization to work in Costa Rica without employer sponsorship

Required skills

• Project management and organization, able to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines
• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Understanding of Agile methodology and experience with Workfront are preferred
