Campaign Manager, Creator Ad Partnerships

About the role

The Campaign Manager drives operational excellence in podcast advertising by creating, optimizing, and delivering campaigns across a portfolio of creator shows. Working closely with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers, you ensure campaigns meet advertiser goals from inception through analysis.

Key responsibilities

• QA and build campaigns with accuracy, ensuring review and scheduling at least two weeks before start dates.
• Launch campaigns on time and own end‑to‑end optimization and performance monitoring.
• Partner with Customer Success Managers and Sales Executives to define campaign strategy.
• Maintain clean data in internal systems such as Airtable, Google Ad Manager (GAM) and ART19.
• Lead stakeholder communications on campaign status and results.
• Implement and monitor campaign tracking and measurement.

Required profile

• 1+ years of experience in digital advertising and client‑facing roles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and third‑party ad servers (e.g., DoubleClick).
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Photoshop, HTML5, Rich Media, and Salesforce.
• Background in publisher, ad‑tech or agency ad‑serving platforms such as Ad Manager 360 or FreeWheel.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work cross‑functionally.
