Campaign Manager – Advertising Operations

About the role

Amazon Advertising is seeking a motivated Campaign Manager to own end‑to‑end campaign operations across Amazon’s advertising properties. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless campaign launches while maintaining the highest quality and customer‑obsession standards.

Key responsibilities

• Drive execution of complex advertising campaigns across Amazon websites, devices and platforms through collaboration with Design, Sales, Account Management, Ad Operations and Policy teams.
• Manage the full campaign lifecycle – advertiser education, insertion order processing, setup, trafficking, go‑live audits and troubleshooting.
• Oversee 1P and 3P creative assets and pixel implementation, coordinating design reviews and conducting functional testing.
• Perform comprehensive quality‑assurance checks, including screenshot verification, user‑experience validation and technical issue resolution.
• Handle billing, invoicing and reconciliation while ensuring compliance with information‑security and Amazon advertising policies.
• Serve as a point of contact for designated advertisers, providing strategic support and identifying process or product gaps for continuous improvement.

• Knowledge of billing, invoicing and reconciliation procedures within an advertising context.
