Account Manager – Amazon Ads Large Customer Sales

About the role

Amazon Ads is looking for a customer‑obsessed Account Manager to join its Large Customer Sales (LCS) team. In this role you will partner with advertisers to launch and optimise campaigns across Amazon’s eCommerce and advertising ecosystem, ensuring a frictionless experience from onboarding to performance reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Become a knowledgeable partner on Amazon Advertising solutions and guide advertisers on media strategies.
• Manage end‑to‑end campaign launches, including media planning, forecasting, and cross‑product mix optimisation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Campaign & Creative Managers and Ad Operations to guarantee accurate campaign booking and set‑up.
• Accelerate advertiser onboarding and reactivation by owning pre‑launch activities such as forecasting and media planning.
• Provide optimisation recommendations, product expansion insights, and inventory forecasts across the Amazon Ads suite.
• Act as a measurement consultant, executing set‑up and delivering mid‑ and end‑of‑campaign reporting based on client KPIs.
• Support the sales team with prospecting new business through data‑driven media proposals.
