Call Center Agent – Collections & Customer Service

About the role

Join Bill Gosling Outsourcing as a Call Center Agent focused on collections and customer service. You will interact with customers through phone, email and other channels, helping resolve inquiries and negotiate payment arrangements while delivering a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails and chat to update customer account information.
• Review account status thoroughly to understand each customer’s needs.
• Negotiate payment terms and recommend appropriate solutions or alternative options.
• Overcome objections, resolve issues and refer complaints to the appropriate supervisor or department.
• Perform follow‑up actions until customer issues are fully resolved.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• High school education preferred but not mandatory.
• Previous call‑center experience is a plus, not required.
• English proficiency at CEFR B2 level or 85%+ on an English test.
• Positive attitude, problem‑solving ability and attention to detail.
• Adaptable, team‑oriented and willing to learn.
