About the role

We are looking for a friendly and organized individual to provide remote assistance to clients with reservation inquiries, confirmations and ongoing service needs. The role focuses on delivering a positive and professional experience while handling a variety of client requests.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries and reservation requests, gathering information about needs and preferences.
• Research available options, assist with reservations, confirmations and any changes or special requests.
• Provide accurate information, timely updates and maintain detailed client records.
• Follow up on outstanding requests and communicate with service providers when necessary.
• Uphold professional customer service standards throughout all interactions.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑focused attitude.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail and reliable follow‑up abilities.
• Comfortable using computers and online platforms.
• Previous experience in customer service, reservations or hospitality is helpful but not required.
