Business Solutions Partner - Enterprise AI

About the role

6sense is looking for an Enterprise AI Business Solutions Partner in Costa Rica, within Business Technology - Enterprise Applications, reporting to the Director, Enterprise Applications. The role sits at the intersection of business consulting, AI solution design, automation engineering and value realization, partnering with Go-to-Market, Customer Success, Support, Legal, Finance and Partner Operations to find where AI and automation can simplify work, improve user experience, reduce costs and accelerate results. It is a growth role in a new Enterprise AI career track, measured on adoption, productivity gains, automation impact, cost avoidance and process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain the AI and tool inventory for the assigned function, tracking renewal dates and flagging contracts at least 120 days before notice, and run discovery interviews to map processes and estimate time and headcount.
• Prepare build-vs-buy analysis inputs and contribute to business cases comparing three-year build, run and support cost with vendor cost, with sign-off from business owners.
• Build prototypes and simple agents with Claude and Copilot, write build-ready context for engineers, and define evaluation criteria, guardrails and human-in-the-loop checkpoints.
• Act as the named Business Solutions Partner for the function, translating needs into buildable stories and keeping stakeholders informed, and escalate risks early.
• Configure and deliver declarative Salesforce solutions (flows, validation rules, permission sets, reports and dashboards), own UAT, and keep accurate documentation.
• Track adoption and hours returned, work in the team's agentic delivery model, and contribute to team standards.

Required profile

• 2-4 years of experience as a business analyst, business solution partner, business systems analyst, Salesforce administrator or operations analyst, preferably at a SaaS company.
• Daily, practical use of AI tools such as Claude, Copilot or similar, with solid prompt design and an understanding of their limits.
• Clear written and spoken English, able to present to U.S.-based stakeholders; must be located in Costa Rica and overlap U.S. business hours.
• Preferred: experience shipping an AI or automation solution, familiarity with GTM, Support, Finance, Legal or Partner operations, basic financial literacy, exposure to SQL, APIs or low-code tools, Agile experience, and bilingual English/Spanish.

Required skills

• Salesforce administration (Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud), including Flow Builder, validation rules, permission sets and reporting; Salesforce Certified Administrator required, or obtainable within six months.
• Process mapping, structured interviewing, data cleaning and summarization.
• Preferred: Apex, integrations, SQL, APIs, Jira or Asana, and Salesforce certifications such as Advanced Administrator, Business Analyst or Agentforce Specialist.
