Business Operations Analyst – Financial Systems Operations

About the role

We are looking for a Business Operations Analyst to support our Professional Services Automation (PSA) platform. The role will be based in our Costa Rica office, working in a hybrid model, and will focus on ensuring accurate project setup, billing, and partner payments.

Key responsibilities

• Review closed‑won opportunities and agreements and create corresponding projects in the PSA system.
• Process project change orders and maintain project data throughout the lifecycle.
• Audit subcontracting agreements, partner billing rates, and payment schedules.
• Collaborate with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable on billing and payment issues.
• Conduct PSA system audits during month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end cycles.
• Analyze reports, dashboards, and operational data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support process‑improvement initiatives and operational projects.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience, including 1–2 years analyzing data, reports, and dashboards.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with global cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Excel (including VBA), Google Sheets, Smartsheet.
• Experience with Google Suite or Microsoft Office products.
