About the role

TD SYNNEX is seeking a bilingual French/English Tech Support Technician to join its team in the San José Metropolitan Area. This full‑time hybrid position offers a mix of on‑site and remote work, focusing on delivering high‑quality technical assistance for scanner hardware.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for scanner hardware issues.
• Respond to customer inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and empathy.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to address complex technical problems.

Required profile

• Strong technical support and troubleshooting abilities, especially with hardware.
• Analytical mindset to evaluate and solve technical problems.
• Exceptional customer service skills with clear communication.
• Fluency in both French and English.
• Familiarity with IT concepts and hardware is a strong advantage.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.
• Prior experience in a similar technical support role is preferred.
• Relevant certifications or training in IT support are a plus.
