About the role
Join TransUnion's Consumer Operations Support team as a Representative I, handling inbound voice calls and email inquiries. This remote position focuses on delivering high‑quality bilingual service to customers and consumers.
Key responsibilities
- Manage inbound phone calls and assigned emails, adhering to service and quality standards.
- Provide accurate information on TransUnion products, U.S. credit and financial principles, and relevant regulations.
- Document interaction details and capture consumer data in the appropriate systems.
- Meet performance metrics such as schedule adherence, average handle time, and quality scores.
Required profile
- Professional fluency in English and Spanish.
- Experience in an inbound contact‑center environment.
- Knowledge of U.S. credit and financial concepts.
- Ability to learn and apply product, policy, and compliance information consistently.
Required skills
- Proficiency with contact‑center systems and tools for voice and email handling.
- Accurate data entry and documentation of consumer interactions.
