Project Manager

About the role

The Project Manager reports to the Senior Project Manager or Program Supervisor and is responsible for managing and executing client localization projects. The role involves coordinating linguists, staff, and contractors to ensure timely, on‑budget delivery of services.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare project plans, schedules, resource assignments and budget forecasts in collaboration with managers and sales representatives.
• Coordinate linguists and other staff, monitor quality control, and ensure all contractual services are delivered as quoted.
• Maintain project records, track progress, report status and issues to senior managers, sales reps and clients.
• Review and approve linguist invoices, manage contractor performance, and notify leadership of any risks to timelines or budgets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with hands‑on knowledge of database concepts.
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast‑moving environment.
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills; foreign language skills are a plus.
• Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship (for U.S. positions).

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Thorough knowledge of project management fundamentals applied to the localization industry.
