Quality Assurance Representative

About the role

As a Quality Assurance Representative supporting both Inside and Outside sales teams, you will ensure operational and sales standards are met by monitoring calls, reviewing activities, and supporting sales and merchant interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor inside sales calls via Natterbox, score and provide coaching feedback.
• Use Performline to monitor website compliance and address social media escalations.
• Audit Salesforce data integrity, oversee Workday document completion and eLearning fulfillment.
• Assist in converting leads to accounts, manage Snap House assigned doors, and keep Salesforce CRM accounts up‑to‑date.
• Provide behavioral coaching, track violations, and support sales representatives.

Required profile

• 2+ years experience in sales operations, quality assurance, call‑center operations or related fields.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities, able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Self‑starter with organized, detail‑oriented work style.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
• Experience using Natterbox for call monitoring.
• Familiarity with Performline compliance tool.
• Knowledge of Workday document processes and eLearning platforms.
