Bilingual Customer Care Specialist (English & Spanish) – Remote

About the role

UA Brands is seeking an experienced bilingual customer service professional to join its international Customer Care team. The specialist will support U.S. customers via phone, email, and chat, delivering exceptional service for healthcare and culinary brands.

Key responsibilities

• Provide empathetic, personalized support in English and Spanish across inbound calls, emails, and live chats.
• Take end‑to‑end ownership of inquiries, handling order placement, modifications, shipping, billing, refunds, returns and product information.
• Maintain high performance standards by meeting quality, productivity and accuracy targets while documenting interactions accurately.
• Collaborate with teammates and internal departments to resolve issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency in English (C1/C2) and native‑level Spanish (C2).
• Minimum two years of contact‑center experience supporting U.S. customers, preferably in retail or e‑commerce.
• Ability to work flexible U.S. business hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Self‑managed remote work environment with a quiet, private workspace and 100 Mbps internet.

Required skills

• Strong typing speed (≥40 WPM) with high accuracy.
• Proficiency navigating multiple computer applications simultaneously.
