About the role
Social Discovery Group is seeking a Customer Success Manager to support its global user base. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their questions are answered promptly and their issues resolved efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Consult customers on inquiries related to SDG websites.
- Handle customer requests quickly, aiming for high retention.
- Resolve issues and promote the platforms when appropriate.
- Maintain a high level of service quality.
Required profile
- Fluent English; additional languages (Japanese, Spanish, Chinese) a plus.
- Experience with international customers.
- Fast typing skills in English.
- Ability to quickly learn and absorb large volumes of information.
- Strong emotional intelligence and stress resistance.
