Associate Sewer – Medical Device Assembly

About the role
The Associate Sewer applies skill and dexterity in sewing tissue and non‑tissue components for medical devices, following regulatory and company guidelines.
Key responsibilities
- Use needles, scissors, forceps, specialized tooling and a microscope to perform sewing steps in valve assembly.
- Verify completed steps against specifications and conduct checks on colleagues' work.
- Follow work instructions, SOPs and record traceable information on device history records.
- Maintain punctual attendance, work full shifts and keep the work area tidy.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in sewing, GMP, clean‑room or medical‑device environments preferred.
- Ability to work in a team with minimal supervision and follow detailed manufacturing instructions.
- Commitment to safety, environmental guidelines and company policies.
Required skills
- Basic computer skills.
- Good hand‑eye coordination.
- Ability to read and interpret policies and procedures (English preferred).
