Associate Consultant Intern, Marketing Services (2027)

About the role

As an Associate Consultant Intern in Marketing Services, you will join Mastercard’s Advisors & Consulting Services team in San Jose, Costa Rica. You’ll work in small, cross‑functional teams to help leading brands solve strategic challenges using technology and data‑driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Support the implementation and evaluation of marketing campaigns for Mastercard’s clients.
• Build relationships with clients to understand business needs and propose strategic solutions.
• Participate in volunteer and team‑building activities.
• Attend networking sessions and speaker series with senior leadership.
• Collaborate with colleagues across business development, account management and product management.
