Amazon Compliance Specialist – E‑commerce

About the role

We are looking for a Compliance Specialist who will ensure that our Amazon seller accounts adhere to Amazon policies and e‑commerce regulatory requirements. Working remotely across Latin America, you will support multiple clients, research relevant laws, and help resolve compliance violations that could affect revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Research and assess federal, state, and international regulations (including FDA, EPA) that impact advertising, labeling, and sale of consumer goods.
• Open and manage cases with Amazon Seller Support to address compliance issues and draft appeals, Plans of Action, and related documentation.
• Analyze legislation and provide actionable guidance to internal teams and clients.
• Collaborate with brand management and other departments to develop preventive strategies and ensure ongoing compliance.
• Maintain performance standards, track documentation for investigations, and stay updated on Amazon policy changes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Up to two years of experience in regulatory or compliance roles, preferably within e‑commerce.
• Strong written communication skills and ability to interpret regulatory language.
• Ability to protect confidential information and exercise sound business judgment.
