Air Logistics Revenue Care Team Lead

About the role

Kuehne+Nagel Global Services is looking for an Air Logistics Revenue Care Team Lead to head a strategic global function that directly impacts Air Logistics performance. The role ensures quality, accuracy and financial excellence in one of the company's most critical product pillars, covering billing, revenue integrity and stakeholder communication.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and validate invoices for the assigned Air Logistics U.S.-Southeast market to ensure accurate and timely billing.
• Identify billing discrepancies, resolve billing issues and safeguard the correct financial execution of each shipment.
• Work closely with operational teams to clarify documentation, secure missing information and maintain high service quality standards.
• Propose process improvements and ensure adherence to internal guidelines and global financial standards.
• Maintain strong communication with local teams, regional teams and leadership to promote transparency and business continuity.
• Uphold data accuracy and compliance across all billing activities.

Required profile

• Experience in freight forwarding or air logistics, ideally in billing, revenue care or financial processing.
• Strong billing and documentation knowledge, with the ability to review, validate and correct data accurately.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication and a proactive, independent approach.
• Leadership potential or experience supporting team coordination and aligning priorities.
• C1-level English and comfort in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of Air Logistics, freight forwarding and KN systems and processes.
• Billing and documentation expertise.

The position is classified as M2 L and is subject to a rotating schedule and shift, which may vary between day, night or mixed shifts, with days off assigned by the company and schedule changes made with a minimum of five business days' notice.
