Road Logistics Billing & Invoicing Specialist

About the role

As a Road Logistics Billing & Invoicing Specialist you will support billing operations for land transportation services, ensuring accurate and timely invoice generation for carriers and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Review and validate billing information, rates, charges and shipment details for carriers and customers.
• Generate and process internal and customer invoices according to daily, weekly and month‑end schedules.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, disputes and data inconsistencies.
• Maintain compliance with company procedures, billing controls and quality standards.

Required profile

• Freight forwarding experience is preferred.
• Degree in logistics or related technical field is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and oral English communication.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
• Experience with billing systems and invoice validation.
