Air Logistics OCC Specialist – Inbound Gateway Transfer

About the role

As an Air Logistics OCC Specialist you will ensure the smooth movement of import shipments from gateway arrival through to final delivery. You will coordinate transportation activities, manage documentation and maintain strong communication with customers, carriers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate pickup and delivery services according to customer requirements and operational procedures.
• Schedule and manage delivery appointments with customers, carriers and warehouses.
• Create and validate transportation and shipment documentation accurately and on time.
• Monitor shipment status proactively and provide timely updates to customers and stakeholders.
• Create and manage customs bonds, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate line‑haul transportation between gateway and branch offices.
• Identify, investigate and resolve operational issues, escalating when necessary.
• Deliver outstanding customer service via email, phone and other channels.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent; studies in Logistics, Supply Chain or related fields are a plus.
• Intermediate Excel skills and English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Availability to work overtime and holidays as needed.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience in freight forwarding, transportation or logistics operations preferred.
