About the role
As an Air Logistics Invoicing Specialist you will generate and issue invoices for freight services, ensuring data accuracy and supporting the Air Freight Logistics Department.
Key responsibilities
- Generate and issue invoices based on service delivery and contractual terms.
- Validate billing data from internal systems and ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely invoicing.
- Maintain organized records and support month‑end closing activities.
- Respond to billing‑related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
Required profile
- High school diploma required.
- Studies or experience in logistics, supply chain or international trade.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (written and oral).
- Willingness to work overtime, holidays and flexible schedules.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Intermediate to advanced English language skills.
