Advertising Sales Trainer – Learning & Development

About the role

Accenture is seeking an Advertising Sales Trainer to empower its sales teams through engaging, instructor‑led sessions and comprehensive learning resources. The role blends training delivery with the creation of eLearning content, ensuring sales professionals are equipped with the latest advertising product knowledge and client‑engagement techniques.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver classroom and virtual training for new and experienced advertising sales staff.
• Develop eLearning courses, assessments, and certification programs.
• Conduct needs analyses and provide actionable training recommendations.
• Maintain a feedback loop between learners and leadership to continuously improve training impact.
• Schedule classes, manage enrollment, and generate training reports using the Learning Management System.
• Coach managers on employee development and foster a positive learning culture.
• Identify and escalate issues that pose business risk.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales or advertising sales within tech, social media, e‑commerce, or marketing sectors.
• Experience in talent development, facilitation, or instructional design.
• High school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or marketing is preferred.
• English proficiency at C1 level (CEFR) or higher.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) for course administration and reporting.
