Amazon Advertising is looking for a Manager of Ads Account Management to lead a team that acts as a strategic consultant for large‑scale advertisers in the US. The role focuses on delivering media insights, driving revenue growth, and ensuring high advertiser satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Grow and develop a high‑performing team while automating inspection of inputs and goals.
• Provide expert guidance on Amazon Advertising solutions and deliver top‑level sales and customer service.
• Retain and expand revenue from existing advertisers through data‑driven upsell opportunities.
• Automate repeatable tasks to accelerate campaign activation and improve speed to market.
• Execute a campaign coverage model across a high volume of accounts, maintaining standardized service levels.
• Analyze performance metrics and deliver actionable recommendations for short‑ and long‑term advertising strategy.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with US Large Customer Sales Account Executives and other Amazon partners.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading teams that manage a large portfolio of advertising accounts.
• Ability to act as a knowledgeable partner on Amazon Advertising solutions.
• Strong strategic thinking and influence across internal and external executive stakeholders.
• Experience establishing audit mechanisms and driving continuous improvement.
• Track record of identifying revenue gaps and implementing growth strategies.
