Account Manager – Large Customer Sales (Amazon Ads)

About the role

We are seeking a customer‑obsessed Account Manager to join Amazon Ads’ Large Customer Sales team. The role focuses on onboarding new advertisers, managing end‑to‑end campaign launches and ensuring performance meets client goals.

Key responsibilities

• Become a knowledgeable partner on Amazon Advertising solutions.
• Partner with sales account teams to create media strategies and surface performance‑improvement opportunities.
• Manage end‑to‑end campaign launches, including media planning, forecasting, and educating advertisers on placement requirements.
• Work cross‑functionally with Sales, Campaign & Creative Managers and Ad Operations to ensure accurate booking and setup.
• Accelerate advertiser onboarding and reactivation, owning pre‑launch activities such as forecasting and media planning.
• Provide optimization recommendations, cross‑channel forecasts, and media proposals showcasing optimal media mix.
• Support sales prospecting by delivering inventory forecasts across the Amazon Ads suite.
• Act as measurement consultant, set up campaign measurement and deliver mid‑ and end‑of‑campaign reporting and insights.
