Account Manager – Large Customer Sales (Amazon Ads)

About the role

Amazon Ads is seeking a customer‑obsessed Account Manager to drive first‑time advertiser onboarding and ensure campaign success. You will work closely with the sales account team to create media strategies, launch campaigns, and deliver insights that meet client goals.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with sales teams to develop media proposals and surface performance‑enhancing opportunities.
• Manage end‑to‑end campaign launches, including media planning, forecasting, and advertiser education.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Campaign & Creative Managers, and Ad Operations to guarantee accurate booking and setup.
• Accelerate advertiser onboarding and reactivation by owning pre‑launch activities such as forecasting and media planning.
• Provide optimization recommendations, cross‑channel forecasts, and media mix proposals.
• Act as a measurement consultant, setting up and analyzing campaign metrics against client KPIs.
• Deliver mid‑campaign and post‑campaign reporting, highlighting insights and improvement opportunities.
