About the role
Amazon Ads is seeking a customer‑obsessed Account Manager to drive first‑time advertiser onboarding and ensure campaign success. You will work closely with sales and creative teams to launch and optimise high‑impact advertising campaigns across Amazon’s ecosystem.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with sales account teams to develop media strategies and identify performance improvement opportunities.
- Manage end‑to‑end campaign launches, including media planning, forecasting, and educating advertisers on placement requirements.
- Collaborate with Sales, Campaign & Creative Managers and Ad Operations to guarantee accurate campaign booking and setup.
- Accelerate advertiser onboarding and reactivation through pre‑launch activities such as forecasting and media planning.
- Provide optimisation recommendations, cross‑channel forecasts, and media proposals to enhance campaign performance.
- Act as a measurement consultant, executing set‑up and delivering mid‑ and post‑campaign reporting and insights.

- Highly collaborative, able to work as an extension of account, sales, and creative teams.
