Account Manager – Amazon Ads Large Customer Sales

About the role

Amazon Ads is seeking an Account Manager to join the Large Customer Sales (LCS) team. The role focuses on creating strong first impressions with first‑time advertisers and supporting campaign success through insights and reporting. You will work closely with the Ad Sales account team to ensure campaigns launch on time and meet client goals.

Key responsibilities

• Become a knowledgeable partner on Amazon Advertising solutions.
• Partner with sales account teams to create media strategies and surface opportunities to improve campaign performance.
• Manage end‑to‑end campaign launches, including media planning, forecasting, and educating advertisers on placement requirements.
• Work cross‑functionally with Sales, Campaign & Creative Managers and Ad Operations to ensure accurate campaign booking and set‑up.
• Accelerate advertiser onboarding and reactivation by owning pre‑launch activities such as forecasting and media planning.
• Provide optimization recommendations, product expansion insights, and media proposals based on cross‑channel forecasts.
• Support the sales team with inventory forecasts across the Amazon Ads suite.
• Act as a measurement consultant, executing measurement set‑up and delivering mid‑campaign and end‑of‑campaign reporting.
• Create campaign reporting using Amazon and third‑party data, highlighting opportunities to improve performance against client KPIs.
