Accessibility Engineer – Remote – Latin America

About the role

FullStack is seeking an Accessibility Engineer to join its talent network and work remotely with U.S. clients on project‑based assignments. You will integrate directly into client teams, collaborating daily with designers and engineers to ensure web applications meet accessibility standards.

Key responsibilities

• Test web applications for accessibility issues and identify WCAG 2.2 compliance gaps.
• Document accessibility defects clearly and provide actionable recommendations to development teams.
• Create and maintain test cases, test plans, and CI/CD pipelines for accessibility testing.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, supporting Agile/Scrum processes and large, complex systems.
• Take ownership of your work, troubleshoot difficult issues, and contribute to accessibility libraries as needed.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional experience in software testing, QA, or digital accessibility.
• Advanced English proficiency and a completed four‑year college degree.
• Strong knowledge of WCAG 2.2 standards and web accessibility best practices.
• Hands‑on experience testing web applications and familiarity with assistive technologies such as JAWS and NVDA.
• Experience using automated accessibility testing tools combined with manual testing techniques.
• Excellent documentation skills, attention to detail, and a positive, can‑do attitude.
• Proven ability to work on Agile/Scrum teams and large, complex systems.
