Training Engineer I – Transfers/Projects (Central Shift)

About the role

The Training Engineer I will design, implement and manage training programs that support workforce skill development, compliance and operational excellence. Working closely with engineers, technicians and managers, the role ensures training records are accurate, audit‑ready and aligned with quality standards. The position also drives continuous improvement using Lean methods and data analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain structured training processes and software for plan setup, tracking, and completion monitoring.
• Manage audit‑ready training documentation, including site master training plans.
• Plan, organize and facilitate quality and continuous‑improvement training events.
• Develop competency‑based training programs to close skill gaps.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, data analysis and performance metrics.
• Support quality‑assurance document management and control processes.
• Deliver training sessions on document management and quality system documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Education.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar training or engineering role.
• Intermediate English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Valid passport and visa.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Knowledge of Lean methodologies.
• Data analysis and reporting capabilities.
