Technical Recruiter – Tech Talent Acquisition

About the role

The Technical Recruiter will lead full‑cycle recruitment for technical positions, partnering with engineering, product and IT leaders to attract top talent. This role focuses on sourcing, assessing, and hiring candidates who match both the required skill sets and the company culture.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring priorities for technical positions.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, internal ATS, and tech‑specific platforms.
• Conduct technical resume reviews, phone screens, and evaluate coding, system design, and framework knowledge.
• Own the end‑to‑end recruitment process, schedule technical interviews, gather feedback, and manage offer communication.
• Build and nurture a pipeline of qualified tech candidates for current and future openings.
• Support employer branding initiatives, manage referral programs, and execute internal campaign communications.
• Maintain recruitment trackers in Excel, using pivot tables to analyze pipeline metrics and progress toward hiring goals.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and DEI best practices throughout the hiring process.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience recruiting technical and specialized roles such as support, networking, data analysis, sales, and finance.
• Proven ability to manage multiple open requisitions and meet hiring targets.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1) and strong interpersonal communication skills.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) platforms.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and reporting.
