Sr Training Supervisor

About the role

The Senior Training Supervisor leads the Training function, ensuring that all employees acquire the knowledge, skills and competencies needed for safe, compliant and efficient operations. This position oversees a small team of Training Specialists and drives continuous improvement of training programs supporting Production and Quality.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, administer and continuously improve training systems, programs and initiatives.
• Supervise the Training Specialist and Training Specialist II, providing coaching and performance feedback.
• Partner with Production and Quality teams to align training with operational needs.
• Design and track training metrics and KPIs, reporting insights to senior leadership.
• Ensure all training complies with regulated medical‑device, pharmaceutical or biotechnology standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Education, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Communications, Life Sciences or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, Manufacturing, Quality or Continuous Improvement within a regulated environment.
• 5+ years of leadership, supervisory or project‑lead experience.
• Strong analytical ability to develop, interpret and communicate training metrics.
• High English proficiency (B2+/C1).
