HR Solutions Representative – Talent Acquisition Operations

About the role

Join Edwards Lifesciences as an HR Solutions Representative and play a pivotal role in supporting global talent acquisition. You will partner with the Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence to ensure a smooth, candidate‑focused recruitment experience across multiple business units.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews throughout the end‑to‑end recruitment process for global teams.
• Provide administrative support for recruitment activities, including candidate communications, travel arrangements, and event logistics.
• Manage the recruitment reimbursement process, tracking travel, lodging, meals and other approved expenses.
• Monitor interview schedules and hiring milestones, escalating conflicts or operational issues as needed.
• Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, candidates and external vendors to maintain a high‑quality candidate experience.
• Perform increasingly complex HR Solutions tasks under general supervision.

Required profile

• High School Diploma.
• At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources administration.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a customer‑focused mindset.
• Ability to support stakeholders across multiple countries, regions and time zones.

Required skills

• Knowledge of end‑to‑end recruitment processes and talent acquisition operations.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Workday.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Experience managing HR data and ensuring data accuracy.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar case‑management tools.
