Specialist Graphic Designer

About the role

The Specialist Graphic Designer role sits at the intersection of creativity and commerce, supporting the strategic design and development of revenue‑driving materials for a Fortune 200 company. Working virtually with Graphic Design Directors in the UK and US, you will collaborate with global design and sales teams to craft visual narratives that win business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead video and motion‑graphic projects from concept through completion, applying innovative solutions and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with Graphic Design Directors, sales teams and proposal managers across JLL to ensure creative alignment and meet bid deadlines.
• Develop multiple design options for client‑branded documents, infographics and high‑impact PowerPoint presentations.
• Own project workflows, manage timelines, communicate progress to global stakeholders and maintain quality standards.
• Proof and refine deliverables, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all assets.
• Maintain and expand the design library, creating a repository of reusable graphics and templates.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of professional graphic‑design experience, preferably in a corporate or agency environment.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business objectives into visual solutions that capture the “wow” factor.
• Strong communication skills and experience working remotely with cross‑functional teams.
• Proven track record of delivering high‑quality work under tight deadlines.
