Website Onboarding Specialist – Remote

About the role

Cloudbeds is seeking a Website Onboarding Specialist to design and launch hospitality websites for its global customers. Working remotely, you will combine design expertise with consultative onboarding to help hotels increase reservations and improve guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize and build high‑quality hospitality websites using Cloudbeds’ in‑house website builder.
• Manage onboarding projects, timelines, and task‑management systems for multiple client accounts.
• Communicate with customers via video calls, email and voice to gather requirements and resolve issues.
• Investigate website errors, provide support, and suggest service improvements.
• Collaborate with a team of designers and internal teams to publish websites efficiently.

Required profile

• Creative with a keen eye for design and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high emotional intelligence.
• Highly organized, able to handle multiple deadlines and work independently.
• Proactive self‑starter who enjoys continuous process improvement.

Required skills

• HTML and CSS.
• Adobe Photoshop and Canva.
• Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Drupal or Duda.
