Visual Design Specialist

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Visual Design Specialist to lead the creation of impactful graphics and visual assets for client brands. The role combines hands‑on design work with mentorship of junior designers and close collaboration with creative leads and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate in brainstorming sessions, ensuring team alignment and creative freedom.
• Create templates and style guides for client brands, encouraging innovative thinking.
• Provide design direction, mentorship, and constructive feedback to junior designers.
• Estimate design task timelines and lead client presentations.
• Communicate with clients to finalize grids, layouts, and visual concepts.
• Recommend improvements to tools, processes, and reporting mechanisms.
• Identify project risks early and propose mitigation strategies.
• Manage internal and external asset repositories and maintain design deliverables.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of professional experience in visual or graphic design.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating aesthetic and strategic solutions.
• Fluent English and Spanish communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile or Waterfall environments.

Required skills

• Figma and AI‑driven design tools.
• Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, InDesign.
• Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Word, Excel.
• UI/UX design principles, including iOS guidelines, Material Design, and responsive web design.
• Data visualization and infographic creation.
• Mobile platform design and OLA product development.
