SharePoint Administrator – Microsoft 365

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented SharePoint Administrator to support SharePoint Online environments within a Microsoft 365 enterprise ecosystem. The role focuses on document management, content governance, and operational execution under established information architecture frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Execute SharePoint library inventory exports and support large‑scale content classification.
• Collaborate with SMEs during document classification and governance review sessions.
• Perform archival, cleanup, and content organization across structured SharePoint sites.
• Configure content types, indexed columns, and views according to architectural standards.
• Support migration and reorganization initiatives for large document environments.
• Build and maintain Power Automate workflows for governance reporting.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience with SharePoint Online in Microsoft 365 enterprise settings.
• Hands‑on administration of SharePoint libraries, content types, permissions, and metadata.
• Experience with document migration, archival, cleanup, or governance projects.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently while following governance standards.
• Professional English communication skills, both written and spoken.
