About the role
We are looking for a detail‑oriented SharePoint Administrator to support SharePoint Online environments within a Microsoft 365 enterprise ecosystem. You will work closely with client stakeholders to ensure governance, documentation quality, and accurate content management across large‑scale SharePoint sites.
Key responsibilities
- Execute SharePoint library inventory exports and support large‑scale content classification.
- Collaborate with SMEs during document classification and governance review sessions.
- Perform archival, cleanup, and content organization activities following architectural standards.
- Configure content types, indexed columns, and views according to governance guidance.
- Support migration and reorganization initiatives for extensive document libraries.
- Build and maintain Power Automate workflows for governance reporting.
Required profile
- 2–4 years of experience with SharePoint Online in Microsoft 365 enterprise environments.
- Hands‑on administration of SharePoint Online libraries, content types, permissions, and metadata.
- Experience with document migration, archival, cleanup, or governance projects.
- Ability to work independently while adhering to established technical standards.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
