Analytics Engineer I

About the role

We are looking for an Analytics Engineer I to join Napkyn’s remote team in Costa Rica. In this entry‑level position you will help design, deploy and maintain enterprise‑grade digital analytics and tag‑management solutions for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy web and mobile measurement tools, primarily Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design analytics solutions that meet client requirements.
• Provide technical support and root‑cause analysis for measurement issues reported by Napkyn analysts.
• Recommend adoption of new analytics tools, features and best practices aligned with client needs.
• Act as a subject‑matter resource for current digital analytics technologies.

Required profile

• 0‑3 years of relevant experience in digital analytics or related fields.
• Full‑time availability.
• Based in Costa Rica with the ability to attend on‑site meetings approximately one day per month.
