About the role
Roche’s Global Digital Hub is looking for an SEO Specialist to strengthen the company’s digital presence. You will work closely with stakeholders to improve website performance, support content creation, and drive organic traffic across Roche’s global platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Execute technical, on‑page and off‑page SEO strategies.
- Conduct keyword research, create keyword clusters and prioritize them based on business value.
- Prepare content briefs for creators using tools such as SurferSEO and SEMrush.
- Generate SEO and organic traffic reports and present insights.
- Run tests, collect data, analyse results and recommend actions to maximise ROI.
Required profile
- 2+ years of hands‑on SEO experience in a similar role.
- BSc/MSc in a related field.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Detail‑oriented, well‑organized and efficient time‑management.

- Adobe Analytics
- Google Search Console
- SEO tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, SurferSEO, Screaming Frog
- Excel, Google Sheets, Smartsheet
- Basic CSS and HTML
