Program Manager, Comms Quality, Builder Experience & Success

About the role

Amazon sends millions of communications to Selling Partners daily across email, web notifications, SMS and mobile push. The Program Manager, Comms Quality, Builder Experience & Success will lead initiatives to improve the quality, consistency and relevance of these communications, using data‑driven insights to measure impact and guide decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all content sent to Selling Partners is defect‑free, high‑quality, consistent, relevant and thoughtful.
• Shape Amazon’s internal content quality policies and guidelines, and enforce them throughout the communication creation process.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve identified defects and scale defect‑resolution mechanisms across hundreds of teams.
• Leverage a passion for communications, attention to detail and ability to manage complex, multi‑stakeholder processes.
• Demonstrate familiarity and comfort with communications platform technology.

Required profile

• Proven track record of driving communications quality improvement initiatives.
• Expertise in content authoring and editing with a strong eye for detail.
• Strong analytical, data‑driven approach to identifying and resolving quality issues.
• Ability to develop and enforce content quality standards, guidelines and QA processes.
• Familiarity with a variety of communications platforms and technologies.
• Comfort navigating cross‑functional collaboration and managing multiple stakeholders.

• SQL for querying databases and extracting metrics.
• HTML for content formatting.
• CSS for styling communications.
• Velocity Templates for dynamic content generation.
