Content Review Operations Specialist

About the role

The Content Review Operations Specialist supports end‑to‑end medical, legal and regulatory approval processes for digital assets within Roche’s Global Digital Hub. Acting as the primary point of contact for internal teams, affiliates and external agencies, you enable users to navigate Veeva Vault PromoMats and ensure smooth content approval cycles.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the operational touchpoint for materials undergoing medical, legal and regulatory review, collaborating with Content Review Operations Coordinators to improve workflow efficiency.
• Manage claims‑related processes, including approval, metadata alignment, auto‑linking, quality checks on bulk claims documents, and reference library maintenance.
• Validate and steward content metadata and business rules to support modular content standards and campaign alignment.
• Provide Veeva Vault PromoMats system administration and user‑management support, handling access, permissions, account updates, deactivations and document ownership transfers.
• Triage, resolve or escalate user tickets, guide users to SOPs, job aids and training resources, and track recurring issues or enhancement opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in content operations, digital asset management, content review/approval processes, project coordination or marketing operations.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to communicate technical and operational workflows clearly to diverse stakeholders.
