About the role

The Social Commerce Strategist plays a pivotal role in driving revenue and optimizing affiliate and social commerce strategies through data‑driven, AI‑enhanced processes. This position manages affiliate and social ambassador partnerships across platforms such as TikTok, Meta, and Amazon Affiliate, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and maximizing partnership profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Execute TikTok Shop affiliate strategies, including daily outreach through the TikTok Shop Affiliate Center.
• Manage affiliate messaging systems and Discord communities to nurture mutually beneficial partnerships.
• Set up and continuously optimize social shops on TikTok and Meta to boost conversions and revenue.
• Track and report key metrics (GMV, response rate, program growth) and develop commission strategies based on profitability.
• Maintain regular client communication, delivering performance insights and optimization recommendations.
• Stay current with industry trends and platform updates, integrating innovative tactics into campaigns.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in social media, preferably agency‑based.
• Proactive in monitoring algorithm changes and platform updates, with proven examples of applying this knowledge.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts across diverse industries.
• Strong analytical capability to derive actionable insights from campaign data.
• Highly self‑motivated, capable of autonomous workflow management and delivering results independently.

Required skills

• TikTok Shop Seller Center proficiency.
• Experience with affiliate management systems.
• Familiarity with Discord community management.
• Use of AI technologies to enhance business processes.
