About the role

Amazon Autos is reshaping how customers discover and purchase vehicles online. As a Senior Seller Success Manager you will act as a trusted advisor to automotive dealers, helping them grow their presence on Amazon’s marketplace while delivering an exceptional buying experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with a portfolio of dealers, monitoring satisfaction, account health and engagement.
  • Drive sustainable business growth using data‑driven insights and marketplace expertise.
  • Develop and present customized solutions that help dealers meet and exceed their revenue targets.
  • Analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for improving selection quality, pricing competitiveness and customer experience.
  • Partner with dealer leadership to create strategic account plans that unlock new revenue streams and scale Amazon presence.
  • Manage escalations, provide solutions and ensure healthy account operations.
  • Identify and champion process improvements, promote adoption of new tools and share best practices.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal teams to advocate for dealer needs and align on program initiatives.

Required profile

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for launching and scaling new business initiatives.
  • Proven experience managing dealer or B2B relationships in an e‑commerce or automotive environment.
  • Strong analytical ability to translate data into actionable growth strategies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of influencing senior dealer leadership.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple internal functions.
