About the role
The Strategic Account Services (SAS) team is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to drive growth for Amazon’s most influential sellers. You will own joint business planning, uncover new opportunities, and ensure sellers receive a high‑impact, data‑driven experience.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and act on metrics that drive seller growth and improve the end‑customer experience.
- Analyze data and trends to develop long‑term strategies for a portfolio of sellers.
- Partner strategically with sellers, presenting tailored value propositions and joint business plans.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and execute innovative selection, merchandising, traffic, and conversion initiatives.
- Implement and track performance metrics, using insights to continuously improve seller outcomes.
Required profile
- Proven client‑management experience with a focus on delivering measurable business results.
- Ability to work backwards from seller needs to define inputs, outputs, and growth levers.
- Comfort operating in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments while managing multiple workflows.
- Strong ownership mindset and a proactive, inventive approach to problem solving.
