Senior Customer Success Manager, Strategic Account Services (SAS)

About the role

The Strategic Account Services (SAS) organization is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to shape the future of the program. The Senior Customer Success Manager drives business growth for influential Sellers on the Amazon Store, ensuring Seller satisfaction through strategic insights and high operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, advise, and implement actions to improve business input metrics, remove growth barriers, and test solutions before scaling.
• Analyze data and trends to develop long‑term strategies, create tailored recommendations, and present compelling value propositions to Sellers.
• Build trusted relationships with Sellers, provide timely operational support, and act as a consultant to resolve issues across multiple teams.
• Lead business strategy development, design long‑term account plans, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive joint growth opportunities.
• Define success criteria, improve team processes, manage initiatives, and contribute to tool and SOP design based on Seller feedback.

Required profile

• Proven experience building customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and increasing product adoption.
• Strong data‑analysis, reporting, and forecasting skills to guide business decisions.
• Project‑management expertise in fast‑paced environments with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Fluent English communication, both written and verbal.
