Senior Cloud Engineer – DevOps, AWS/EKS & Terraform

About the role

As a Global IT Senior Infrastructure Developer, you will design, build, and support BCG's next‑generation GenAI case team assistant. Working in an agile squad with product owners, solution architects, and scrum masters, you will deliver cloud‑native solutions that serve BCG users worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to squad planning and delivery.
• Create technical designs that align with security guardrails and business requirements.
• Implement and maintain infrastructure‑as‑code using advanced Terraform modules and templates.
• Develop, deploy, and monitor multi‑tenant SaaS applications on AWS EKS and serverless services.
• Set up CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and enforce Git best practices.
• Monitor performance and reliability with Grafana, Prometheus, Loki or ELK stacks.
• Troubleshoot production incidents, reduce technical debt, and advocate for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• BTech or MCA degree with at least 5 years of experience in commercial IT or consulting.
• Proven experience building multi‑tenant SaaS platforms and event‑driven architectures.
• Strong understanding of cloud security (IAM, access control) and networking concepts (VPC, subnets, DNS, routing, firewalls, load balancing, TLS/SSL).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a global, remote environment.
