About the role

The Data Reporting & Analytics Consultant IV drives strategic, data‑informed decisions by gathering, preparing, and analyzing data across the organization. The role creates automated reporting solutions, builds analytical models, and translates insights into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Define and calculate metrics, develop and validate algorithms, and conduct descriptive, correlational, inferential, and predictive analyses.
• Design, implement, and automate business and BI reporting solutions, including dashboards and interactive visualizations.
• Interpret analytical results, craft compelling stories, and present findings to influence decision‑making.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to identify data needs, develop analysis plans, and measure the impact of business decisions.
• Validate data sources, extract and merge data, perform routine refreshes, and ensure data quality and accuracy.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience (with or without direct reports).
• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Business or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in data analytics or a directly related discipline.
• Proven ability to develop analytical or statistical models that support business decisions.
