Reservations Manager

About the role

Experiential Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced, service‑driven Reservations Manager to lead the reservations function across its growing portfolio of outdoor hospitality brands. Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, you will be responsible for optimizing booking performance, maximizing occupancy and revenue, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the Reservations team, fostering a high‑performance, guest‑focused culture.
• Partner with senior leadership to build and continuously improve scalable reservation processes, systems and service standards.
• Oversee daily reservation operations, ensuring accurate bookings and seamless service delivery.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management and Operations to optimize occupancy and revenue.
• Monitor reservation trends, analyze performance metrics and provide strategic reporting and recommendations.
• Manage reservation systems, technology and process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Establish and maintain department policies, service standards and regulatory compliance.
• Drive innovation, continuous improvement and best practices across the reservations function.
• Support the company’s sustainability initiatives through responsible operational practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in hospitality or reservations, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations, reservation systems and CRM platforms.
• Proven analytical, problem‑solving, leadership and communication skills.
