About the role

We are looking for a proactive Shift Supervisor to join our restaurant team. You will oversee the kitchen, cash desk, and service areas, ensuring orders are delivered on time, with high quality and in line with our standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate kitchen, cash, and service staff during each shift.
• Assign tasks, answer staff questions, and provide support during peak periods.
• Make operational decisions, handle customer situations, and resolve unexpected issues to keep service uninterrupted.
• Supervise cash register openings and closings, manage cash handling, perform basic inventory checks, and report shortages or incidents.
• Enforce hygiene, food‑safety, and presentation protocols throughout the shift.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a franchise environment.
• Availability for rotating schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Positive attitude, high energy, and strong teamwork orientation.
• Current food‑handling certification.
