Remote MLOps Engineer – Flexible Hours

About the role

We are seeking a Remote MLOps Engineer to join a paid AI training program across Latin America. The role involves reviewing AI‑generated code, rating model responses, and creating coding challenges to improve AI performance. Work is fully asynchronous and flexible, ideal for software engineers looking for project‑based remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Review and evaluate code produced by AI models for accuracy, efficiency and best practices.
• Rate AI responses on correctness, instruction‑following and overall quality.
• Design original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors and inconsistencies in AI‑generated code using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to help improve AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience at any level (junior, mid‑level or senior).
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Background in full‑stack, backend, frontend, mobile or any engineering discipline.

Required skills

• Proficiency in one or more programming languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
